Common questions

Do my clients know these are your tools? +

No. Your clients see your logo, your domain, your brand. There's no "Powered by Web Agency Hero" watermark or footer link anywhere. It looks like something you built.

Can I use my own domain like tools.myagency.com? +

Yes, on the Pro plan. You add a CNAME record pointing to us; takes a few minutes on your end and usually goes live within the hour. Starter uses a subdomain on our infrastructure instead.

Are there limits on how many scans I can run? +

No limits. Run as many scans as you want for as many clients as you have. The tools run on Cloudflare's edge, so capacity isn't a concern.

What happens when you add new tools? +

New tools roll out to all partners automatically. No action needed, no extra charge. Beta tools are hidden under an Admin Tools section so you can use them yourself without exposing them to your clients until they're fully stable.

Can I cancel any time? +

Yes. Month-to-month, no contract. Cancel and your white-label instance goes offline at the end of the billing period.

Can I use these tools for my own client work, not just hand them to clients? +

Absolutely. Use them internally for audits, drop result links into proposals, or let clients run their own scans. However you get value from them is fine. You just can't resell the white-label program itself.
